[Librem-5-dev] devkit powers on but won't boot

Make sure you are using a USB 3.0 port to power it, a USB 2.0 port will
not provide enough power. If your USB 3.0 port doesn't work then please
use the wall wart we provided with the dev kit to make sure it does
actually boot up.

If the battery meets the specs we've outlined on the silkscreen and in
the documentation, and it is reasonably charged (3.7V~4.2V) then it
should be able to power the board. I suspect that either the battery you
are using does not meet the specs or it is not charged.
