[Librem-5-dev] keeping in sync with Debian

Hi,

I wonder what is the policy regarding keeping L5-oriented PureOS in sync
with Debian. Recently, Qt stack (together with Kirigami) has been updated
in Debian and it would be of great help to get it updated in Pure OS as
well.

But, in this respect, question is more general and applies to other
packages as well.
