[Librem-5-dev] Adding packages to PureOS

Hi,

there are several packages that I would like to add to PureOS for
advancement of maps and QML-based software. So, I would like to know what
is the official route for it.

Case 1: Packages available in Debian but not in Pure OS. Do we have any
issue tracker where developers can initiate discussion regarding the
addition of a package? In my case,
https://packages.debian.org/sid/main/pyotherside

Case 2: Packages that are not in Debian. Are we expected to start with the
addition into Debian and later follow "Case 1" route?
